Anastasio Abancens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 8th minute of the game Santo Gaueko made a throw-in which Elpidio Marino played forward. Fernan Tajo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Anastasio Abancens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Lértora booed when Roosevelt FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saul Olando didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st match minute, Lértora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Pinto to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the game, Santo Gaueko threw the ball into play from the sideline. Lértora's Daniel Indar quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Fernan Tajo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Abancens having to interfere. Anastasio Abancens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Totakoxe in the 34th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Fernan Tajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasio Abancens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38thth minute of the game Sergio Jesco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Roosevelt FC's Rogelio Seber was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anastasio Abancens didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximino Frances went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernan Tajo in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anastasio Abancens saved Lértora from getting behind. Anastasio Abancens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximino Frances in the 44th minute of play.

In the 57th minute of the match Felix Vincent shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rogelio Seber showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Saul Olando hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the game, Maximino Frances cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Anastasio Abancens was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maximino Frances's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Anastasio Abancens firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rogelio Seber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Jesco in the 70th minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Roosevelt FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Jesco came free, but Rogelio Seber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roosevelt FC's Fernan Tajo got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Lértora getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Felix Vincent hit a great ball. Maximino Frances took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anastasio Abancens. Anastasio Abancens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. 94 minutes into the match, Lértora's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Olando came free, but Anastasio Abancens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Lértora getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Felix Vincent hit a great ball. Roosevelt FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
