Las Plantas's Ermegildo Ellande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santo Gaueko in the 16th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Fernan Tajo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Ermegildo Ellande to make any attempt to save it. Rogelio Seber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillermo Guillelmus in the 25th minute of play. Las Plantas's Ermegildo Ellande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Tajo in the 27th minute of play. Rogelio Seber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florentino Chuse, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 31st match minute, Roosevelt FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Cuartio to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute of the match Guaberto Txatxu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rogelio Seber showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee showed Desiderio Crispo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. One of Las Plantas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Roosevelt FC:s goal. In the 64th minute, Pablo Tibalt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florentino Chuse's late challenge caught a Roosevelt FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florentino Chuse helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th match minute, Las Plantas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florentino Chuse to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Fernan Tajo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Roosevelt FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernan Tajo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After a rather tough play, Las Plantas's Desiderio Crispo got a free kick in the 81st minute. 85 minutes into the match, Las Plantas's goal looked a bit too open when Fernan Tajo came free, but Ermegildo Ellande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denis Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Las Plantas defense, Fernan Tajo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ermegildo Ellande. The Las Plantas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ermegildo Ellande should have stopped the shot. Ermegildo Ellande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernan Tajo in the 96th minute of the match. Ermegildo Ellande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximino Frances in the 97th minute of play. Fernan Tajo struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Ermegildo Ellande didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Roosevelt FC. If Florentino Chuse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
