Tiburcio Menendo struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Martin Aritza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grünbein. Hipolito Chano might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Martin Aritza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hipolito Chano ran back to his position shaking his head. Martin Aritza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Javier Claus went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Martin Aritza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Claus in the 19th minute of play. A collision led to El Rejunte F.C getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Roman Peruanton hit a great ball. In the 25th minute Javier Claus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Aritza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Aritza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Chano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Javier Claus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Martin Aritza was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. If Fabio Nardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Grünbein's Hipolito Chano got a free kick in the 67th minute. When Americo Bittor fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grünbein's protests and gave Americo Bittor a yellow card for diving instead. After 70 played minutes Grünbein got a freekick which was hit by Americo Bittor. Donato Felipillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Nardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Americo Acosta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Felipillo having to interfere. Grünbein:s Donato Felipillo showed great skill when he stopped Federico Marques:s penalty. After 90 minutes of play, El Rejunte F.C's Federico Marques made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Donato Felipillo was left in no man's land by his defense there! El Rejunte F.C's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
