Anselmo Nuxila helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of PunkRockers Unidos booed when Los Monos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Nuxila didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulino Palos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Benigno Salomone made a huge save. Jonas Lartaun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 27 minutes into the match, Los Monos's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Palos came free, but Benigno Salomone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 34 minutes, Casimiro Firman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Monos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casimiro Firman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Casimiro Firman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Hernan Gergori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Edgard Gartzen fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Monos's protests and gave Edgard Gartzen a yellow card for diving instead. After 38 played minutes Los Monos got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Gartzen.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulino Palos was the one to do the kick off. Los Monos's Casimiro Firman got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 57 minutes, Eloy Ekialde mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PunkRockers Unidos and the Los Monos players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to PunkRockers Unidos getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Eloy Ekialde hit a great ball. After having played for 59 minutes, Marciano Intxixu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Monos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marciano Intxixu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 60 in the game by Casimiro Firman from a close distance when the talented Hernan Gergori managed to make a qualified save. PunkRockers Unidos's players were relieved. If Casimiro Firman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Los Monos defense, Jonas Lartaun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benigno Salomone. The Los Monos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benigno Salomone should have stopped the shot. Paulino Palos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. PunkRockers Unidos's Hernan Gergori proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save PunkRockers Unidos from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Marciano Intxixu put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Hernan Gergori. If Paulino Palos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marciano Intxixu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 92 minutes of play Los Monos's Edgard Gartzen was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Edgard Gartzen kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
