But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aureliano Duarte couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, Bulnes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Machado came free, but Federico Donostia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Gonzalo Gamus got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lorenzo Argider quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Lorenzo Argider came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Bulnes FC's Aureliano Duarte. But to his dismay, Aureliano Duarte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Aureliano Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Bulnes FC booed when Cortadera AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Machado didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lázaro Baraquiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cortadera AFC's Lorenzo Argider proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Cortadera AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute of the match, Lázaro Baraquiel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lorenzo Argider saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Cortadera AFC's Lorenzo Argider proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Cortadera AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 43rd match minute, Cortadera AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Machado to maneuver through the defense.

In the 66th minute, Aureliano Duarte ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lorenzo Argider was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Lázaro Baraquiel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bulnes FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lázaro Baraquiel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lorenzo Argider breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the match, Cortadera AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Duarte came free, but Lorenzo Argider reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Lázaro Baraquiel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lorenzo Argider. Cortadera AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lázaro Baraquiel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
