With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raimundo Berriotxoa in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fulgencio Oihenarte saved Concepción from getting behind. Inocencio Liher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Estebe in the 30th minute of play. Leonides Rayman kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Ignacio Estebe received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Inocencio Liher came out and tried to block the shot, but Ignacio Estebe slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 39th minute. Inocencio Liher didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 43rd minute, which inside left pole to 3-0.

If Eustaquio Batista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inocencio Liher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Estebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Estebe in the 66th minute of play forced Carapaligüe's goalkeeper Inocencio Liher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 69 played minutes, Concepción's Anibal Arce shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Inocencio Liher came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Concepción reached it. Inocencio Liher didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Concepción. Inocencio Liher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Estebe in the 97th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Concepción fully deserved thier win.
