Evaristo Ishmael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Tres Arroyos fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Tres Arroyos's Ruben Liher looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Francisco Abechuco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Liher in the 22nd minute of the match. After 24 minutes, Ruben Liher made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. POKER's Francisco Abechuco tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Ruben Liher managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tres Arroyos's supporters rose to their feet, but Ruben Liher was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Abechuco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francisco Abechuco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruben Liher's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evaristo Ishmael in the 30th minute of play forced POKER's goalkeeper Francisco Abechuco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Abechuco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Liher in the 31st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruben Liher in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisco Abechuco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 35th minute, Hector Jakes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Francisco Abechuco was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 41st minute, Hector Jakes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camilo Izotz came free with the goalkeeper in the 44th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gonzalo Lon could save by the left post. In the 46th minute Ruben Liher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Abechuco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Epifanio Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Francisco Abechuco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

Francisco Abechuco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruben Liher's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for POKER! When the match had been going on for 61 minutes, Tres Arroyos's Evaristo Ishmael got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Francisco Abechuco. Epifanio Marques was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 64th minute. Tres Arroyos's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. POKER's Francisco Abechuco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save POKER from getting a goal against them. If Hector Jakes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 69th play minutes Ruben Liher shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Francisco Abechuco and just under the crossbar into goal. Ruben Liher came free with the goalkeeper in the 73rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Francisco Abechuco could save by the left post. Francisco Abechuco came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Tres Arroyos's Hector Jakes. But to his dismay, Hector Jakes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. After having played for 87 minutes, Evaristo Ishmael managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tres Arroyos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evaristo Ishmael was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 0-9 became the score in the 89th minute when Ruben Liher elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Francisco Abechuco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Ishmael in the 94th minute of the match. Francisco Abechuco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruben Liher in the 96th minute. Leo Frisco charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leo Frisco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tres Arroyos played a much better game than POKER and deserved their victory. The POKER players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
