Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Benito Rojelio kicked off to start the match. When Camilo Izotz came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the POKER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camilo Izotz couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute, Ivan Hibai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camilo Izotz struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Octavio Felipo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for POKER. Octavio Felipo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Izotz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Camilo Izotz made a precise shot to the right of Octavio Felipo. Intiyaco's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Intiyaco's Inocencio Vela slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Francisco Abechuco. That made the score 1-1 after 33 minutes of play. Octavio Felipo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Rojelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute Intiyaco were awarded a corner. Lázaro Pacorro went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Fermin Suarez heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 42nd match minute, Intiyaco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermin Suarez to maneuver through the defense. Inocencio Vela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Francisco Abechuco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, POKER's Francisco Abechuco got control of the ball when Inocencio Vela tried to sneak it across the goal line.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jeremias Bernat was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Camilo Izotz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Octavio Felipo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 61st minute of the match Armando Berdaitz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Octavio Felipo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, POKER's Armando Berdaitz got a free kick in the 62nd minute. When Uriel Madaleno came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Intiyaco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Uriel Madaleno couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camilo Izotz got free with Octavio Felipo in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 80 minutes into the match, POKER's goal looked a bit too open when Inocencio Vela came free, but Francisco Abechuco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Leo Frisco fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored POKER's protests and gave Leo Frisco a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Vela in the 87th minute of play forced POKER's goalkeeper Francisco Abechuco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeremias Bernat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Abechuco having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Bernat in the 94th minute of play forced POKER's goalkeeper Francisco Abechuco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The POKER supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing POKER would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
