Octavio Felipo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. In the 29th minute of the match, Alfredo Gau tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Octavio Felipo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alfredo Gau struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Octavio Felipo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LOS MASACRADORES AF. With his leg Octavio Felipo managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when LOS MASACRADORES AF's Aurelio Cesario fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Intiyaco's Octavio Felipo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Intiyaco from getting a goal against them. After 37 played minutes Intiyaco got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Madaleno. If Inocencio Vela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Octavio Felipo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfredo Gau made a kick off. Intiyaco's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lázaro Pacorro in the 55th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Jeremias Bernat heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Alfredo Gau's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Octavio Felipo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. In the 69th minute Alfredo Gau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Felipo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70thth minute of the game Inocencio Vela who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOS MASACRADORES AF's Adrian Fernandes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Octavio Felipo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Cesario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredo Gau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Felipo having to interfere. Octavio Felipo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelio Cesario in the 75th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Aurelio Cesario notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Intiyaco's Octavio Felipo. Octavio Felipo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alfredo Gau's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Octavio Felipo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Intiyaco's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Gau came free, but Octavio Felipo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Intiyaco's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
