Spectators: 7169 (Terracing: 5449, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 50) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Narciso Erauso got the match started through his kick off. Igor Abadie took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iker Pirro. Iker Pirro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Igor Abadie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the game, Benigno Laurin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AGPS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Racing Club the free kick. After 9 played minutes AGPS got a freekick which was hit by Benigno Laurin. In the 13th match minute, Racing Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Harri to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, AGPS's Eliseo Brion tried to score from far away in the 14th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Vicente Richie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Pirro having to interfere. Lisandro Raulo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Ospin in the 31st minute of play. Igor Abadie in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Iker Pirro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 41st minute Narciso Erauso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lisandro Raulo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicente Richie scored 2-0 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iker Pirro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Iker Pirro made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Igor Abadie sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vicente Richie to make the kick off. Gualterio Emesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Vicente Richie came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Racing Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vicente Richie couldn't finish the play. After having played for 74 minutes, Vicente Richie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vicente Richie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eliseo Brion kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Racing Club's Maximiliano Telmo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 76th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for AGPS. Benigno Laurin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Raulo having to interfere. Teodoro Jerardo hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Igor Abadie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Pirro having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Racing Club fans cheered their team off the field, for while AGPS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
