Generoso Txaran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Filomeno Garcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lyons Atlhetic Club's Angelino Eneas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Aznaro in the 9th minute of play. If Gaston Aznaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gaspar Quilo's late challenge caught a C A MADERENSE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaspar Quilo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute, Gaspar Quilo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filomeno Garcia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Txaran in the 25th minute of the match. When Generoso Txaran got free in front of the goal in the 28th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Filomeno Garcia was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 29 played minutes C A MADERENSE got a freekick which was hit by Prospero Ralondo. Generoso Txaran might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filomeno Garcia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Generoso Txaran ran back to his position shaking his head. Generoso Txaran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Garcia having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, C A MADERENSE's goal looked a bit too open when Generoso Txaran came free, but Filomeno Garcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Generoso Txaran made a kick off. Joaquin Gergori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th match minute, C A MADERENSE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Garci to maneuver through the defense. C A MADERENSE's Filomeno Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Txaran in the 55th minute of play. When Carolo Bordat came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the C A MADERENSE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carolo Bordat couldn't finish the play. Evaristo Eduino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Carolo Bordat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carolo Bordat in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Angelino Eneas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 67th minute, Carolo Bordat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Evaristo Eduino came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Lyons Atlhetic Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Eduino couldn't finish the play. If Generoso Txaran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lyons Atlhetic Club were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of C A MADERENSE for a fine match.
