In the 35th minute Agustin Alfonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eulalio Sugar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Aristides Ostadar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lisfranc F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 42nd minute of the match Gaudencio Jakobe shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eulalio Sugar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Epifanio Firmin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Agustin Galoer to make the kick off.
