After 3 minutes, Epifanio Firmin made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Gero FC's Dante Raebert tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gavino Lluques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the match, Epifanio Firmin notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Gero FC's Dante Raebert. Dante Raebert was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Iker Pereyra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Claris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, Agustin Alfonso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Epifanio Firmin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Israel Paulin struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Dante Raebert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lisfranc F.C.. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Epifanio Firmin in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Raebert saved Gero FC from getting behind. Justino Petri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 21st minute, Israel Paulin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Epifanio Firmin made a precise shot to the right of Dante Raebert. Gero FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 27 minutes of play, Gero FC's Fabian Nikola made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iker Pereyra was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Gero FC's zone, Agustin Alfonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Raebert came out of the goal and Agustin Alfonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gero FC's goalkeeper Dante Raebert, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Epifanio Firmin put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Dante Raebert. After a rather tough play, Lisfranc F.C.'s Justino Petri got a free kick in the 39th minute. Iker Pereyra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Ongile in the 42nd minute of the match. Iker Pereyra came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Gero FC's Maximo Ongile. But to his dismay, Maximo Ongile quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. If Israel Paulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-4 lead.

The wind increased when Maximo Ongile made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Lisfranc F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Ostadar. Agustin Alfonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Dante Raebert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Agustin Alfonso struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Dante Raebert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lisfranc F.C.. In the 61st minute, Lisfranc F.C.'s Israel Paulin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-5. If Agustin Alfonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Epifanio Firmin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Raebert having to interfere. After 69 played minutes Gero FC got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Claris. In the 70th match minute, Lisfranc F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Epifanio Firmin to maneuver through the defense. Agustin Alfonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Raebert having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Denis Checa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gero FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Checa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iker Pereyra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iker Pereyra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Ongile in the 76th minute of play. Dante Raebert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Ostadar in the 78th minute of play. After having played for 79 minutes, Justino Petri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lisfranc F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Justino Petri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Aristides Ostadar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Israel Paulin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Raebert read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Maximo Ongile received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Iker Pereyra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gaudencio Jakobe kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Maximo Ongile hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd minute, Gero FC's Maximo Ongile fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal. Iker Pereyra was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. Justino Petri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lisfranc F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
