Spectators: 7215 (Terracing: 5412, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Arnoldo Tabb took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, NEGRO F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Soin came free, but Leo Juvenal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leo Juvenal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Soin in the 9th minute of play. Ildefonso Isusko came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by NEGRO F.C.'s Arnoldo Tabb. But to his dismay, Arnoldo Tabb quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 17 minutes into the game, NEGRO F.C.'s Eloy Fernado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ildefonso Isusko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 23 minutes of play, Churqui's Emilio Soin made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leo Juvenal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ildefonso Isusko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnoldo Tabb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Churqui's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Tabb came free, but Ildefonso Isusko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Emilio Soin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leo Juvenal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anier Cordarell in the 41st minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anier Cordarell to make the kick off. Arnoldo Tabb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ildefonso Isusko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Tabb in the 57th minute of play. Adolfo Quin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Juvenal having to interfere. When Anier Cordarell came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Churqui fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anier Cordarell couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in NEGRO F.C.'s zone, Emilio Soin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Juvenal came out of the goal and Emilio Soin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anier Cordarell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leo Juvenal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. With his leg Leo Juvenal managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when Churqui's Emilio Soin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Emilio Soin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Churqui's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
