In the 15th minute Elvio Cordeal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Hurko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Cogollum's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Illan came free, but Sixto Hurko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Atilano Dominguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Nikola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elvio Cordeal in the 23rd minute of play forced Cogollum's goalkeeper Sixto Hurko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 minutes, Atilano Dominguez made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Saints FC's Albano Nikola tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Amadeo Efraim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albano Nikola read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Albano Nikola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilano Dominguez in the 33rd minute of the match. Amadeo Efraim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Albano Nikola made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Saints FC's Primitivo Caetano got a free kick in the 37th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Atilano Dominguez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cogollum's supporters rose to their feet, but Atilano Dominguez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albano Nikola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 48th minute Teo Sedeni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Hurko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Atilano Dominguez was the one to do the kick off. In the 79th match minute, Saints FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruben Blanco to maneuver through the defense. Atilano Dominguez hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Amadeo Efraim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Albano Nikola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Amadeo Efraim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute, Angel Illan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Amadeo Efraim came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Cogollum fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeo Efraim couldn't finish the play. Cogollum's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
