Everardo Quilino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candido Arotza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 minutes of play, D´anunzio F.C's Candido Arotza made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Everardo Quilino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Moises Florin hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Marco Cordeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Everardo Quilino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Fabiano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Candido Arotza came free, but Everardo Quilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leopoldo Gomez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltasar Geleberto having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Anibal Velasco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baltasar Geleberto was relentless in the 44th minute of the game.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Candido Arotza to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Cordeiro got free with Everardo Quilino in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Everardo Quilino made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Marco Cordeiro sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Timoteo Chuse during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
