Rodrigo Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Reus having to interfere. A collision led to Sepultura FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Conrado Estevon hit a great ball. Guido Gelmiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Prospero Frutos in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Marquez in the 14th minute of play forced Club Atletico Rive's goalkeeper Marco Reus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guido Gelmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilario Emmanuel, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Marco Reus came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sepultura FC's Federico Sansone. But to his dismay, Federico Sansone quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The long shot by Vicente Ted in the 29th minute really tested Guido Gelmiro's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Marco Reus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Sansone in the 34th minute of the match. After 37 minutes of play, Club Atletico Rive's Prospero Frutos made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guido Gelmiro was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Federico Sansone stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Guido Gelmiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adrian Eneas went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Igor Inge shot from long distance in the 58th minute, but Marco Reus was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 61st minute Prospero Frutos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Gelmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guido Gelmiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilario Emmanuel in the 63rd minute of play. Prospero Frutos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alvaro Erlantz kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Guido Gelmiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Frutos in the 70th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alvaro Erlantz during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Prospero Frutos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hilario Emmanuel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Gelmiro having to interfere. Prospero Frutos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Gelmiro having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Prospero Frutos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico Rive's supporters rose to their feet, but Prospero Frutos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guido Gelmiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Prospero Frutos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Hilario Emmanuel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guido Gelmiro. Sepultura FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hilario Emmanuel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Hilario Emmanuel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico Rive's supporters rose to their feet, but Hilario Emmanuel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guido Gelmiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Club Atletico Rive fully deserved thier win.
