Filip Dănescu made a great header on Estudiantes de La Plata's corner, it was just that Tranca FC's Victoriano Fanuco managed to reach the ball for a save. Victoriano Fanuco was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Dionisio Lizardi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The Estudiantes de La Plata fans' excitement grew in the 95th match minute when Estudiantes de La Plata's Filip Dănescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Estudiantes de La Plata's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
