Tomás Tartalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Inguma having to interfere. When Hugo Innocenzio came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the La Matera FC fans jumped to their feet. Jonathan Errolan came out of the goal and Hugo Innocenzio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Capioví FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching La Matera FC's performance. The match ended with a win for La Matera FC.
