With a left leg Artemio Inguma saved La Matera FC from getting behind. 7 minutes into the game, Honorato Dominix cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Artemio Inguma was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Locaio in the 16th minute of play forced La Matera FC's goalkeeper Artemio Inguma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gaudencio Gaztea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hugo Innocenzio struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Serafin Bazil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Matera FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Locaio in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artemio Inguma prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 26 minutes into the match, La Matera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Locaio came free, but Artemio Inguma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honorato Dominix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Jonathan Locaio managed to get in a good position for a shot. RIV-PLATECH's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonathan Locaio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artemio Inguma breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Artemio Inguma came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by RIV-PLATECH's Honorato Dominix. But to his dismay, Honorato Dominix quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 40 minutes into the match, RIV-PLATECH's goalkeeper Serafin Bazil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugo Innocenzio. Hugo Innocenzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Serafin Bazil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Honorato Dominix stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Locaio succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 82nd playminute. Artemio Inguma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorato Dominix in the 85th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Locaio got free with Artemio Inguma in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gaudencio Gaztea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. RIV-PLATECH walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
