Spectators: 7248 (Terracing: 5437, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cleto Ermengol started the match with the kick off. Paulo Viviano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alfredo Celino. Irving SS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Delmar Romano came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Irving SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delmar Romano couldn't finish the play. Irving SS's Delmar Romano got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Irving SS getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Celso Bidari hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cleto Ermengol in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lisandro Lia saved Ema fc from getting behind. Hilario Burutzagi kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Ema fc's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Delmar Romano fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Cleto Ermengol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cleto Ermengol got free with Lisandro Lia in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ema fc's Lisandro Lia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Ema fc from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Delmar Romano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lisandro Lia. That made the score 1-0 in the 32 minute of play. Alfredo Celino came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Ema fc's Adan Servando. But to his dismay, Adan Servando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to Ema fc getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Hilario Burutzagi hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adan Servando to make the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Adan Servando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ema fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adan Servando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adan Servando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cleto Ermengol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Delmar Romano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65thth minute of the game Cleto Ermengol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ema fc's Lisandro Lia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cleto Ermengol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ema fc's Lisandro Lia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmar Romano in the 68th minute of play. When Hilario Burutzagi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 69 minutes had been played. A collision led to Ema fc getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Hilario Burutzagi hit a great ball. When Irving SS's Cleto Ermengol in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ema fc's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cleto Ermengol in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lisandro Lia saved Ema fc from getting behind. If Camilo Cordario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cleto Ermengol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ema fc's goalkeeper Lisandro Lia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Irving SS players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
