Lenílson Sergipano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Ekain in the 6th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Balcosna's goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Umea came free, but Lenílson Sergipano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lenílson Sergipano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Ekain in the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Liricos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Jaume came free, but Ovidio Romano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilio Jaume fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Romano having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Emilio Jaume shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Romano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Liricos FC's Ovidio Romano got control of the ball when Americo Teodor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Americo Teodor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Balcosna's Emilio Jaume sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ovidio Romano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Dionisio Umea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eustacio Ekain to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Eustacio Ekain fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Lenílson Sergipano, passed just outside the right post. 54 minutes into the match, Eustacio Ekain dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lenílson Sergipano, 0-2. Eustacio Ekain blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lenílson Sergipano having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristo Osoro during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 63rd minute, one of Liricos FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Liricos FC. Eustacio Ekain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Balcosna getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Fabian Blai hit a great ball. In the 74th minute, Liricos FC's Eustacio Ekain ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lenílson Sergipano. Lenílson Sergipano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. When Americo Teodor came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Balcosna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Americo Teodor couldn't finish the play. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Liricos FC's goalkeeper Ovidio Romano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Emilio Jaume's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ovidio Romano was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Americo Teodor might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ovidio Romano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Americo Teodor ran back to his position shaking his head. Ovidio Romano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Jaume in the 87th minute of play. After 88 played minutes Liricos FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Bernard. Ovidio Romano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Jaume, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Eustacio Ekain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lenílson Sergipano having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Teodor in the 98th minute of play forced Liricos FC's goalkeeper Ovidio Romano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Liricos FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
