Generoso Muno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Nabar in the 24th minute of play. Cayetano Rodriguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Generoso Muno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Basilio Eron in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Generoso Muno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Punto Unido FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Evelio Dolcet in the 29th minute. Evelio Dolcet made a great header on Punto Unido FC's corner, it was just that Shelby Company LTD's Generoso Muno managed to reach the ball for a save. After a defensive mix-up in Shelby Company LTD's zone, Jonathan Beremundo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. In the 34th minute, one of Shelby Company LTD:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Shelby Company LTD. Cayetano Rodriguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Generoso Muno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Silverio Rexino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 43 minutes of play, Shelby Company LTD's Armando Oidor made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aquiles Benitez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Silverio Rexino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silverio Rexino made a kick off. Jonathan Beremundo's late challenge caught a Shelby Company LTD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Beremundo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Shelby Company LTD booed when Punto Unido FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Beremundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silverio Rexino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Aquiles Benitez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Blasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silverio Rexino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Benitez having to interfere. 63 minutes in the game, Silverio Rexino fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Aquiles Benitez having to interfere. If Lucas Blasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aquiles Benitez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Rexino, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Rexino in the 73rd minute of play forced Punto Unido FC's goalkeeper Aquiles Benitez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The shot was stopped by Aquiles Benitez but with some difficulty. When Silverio Rexino came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Shelby Company LTD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silverio Rexino couldn't finish the play. Cayetano Rodriguez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Punto Unido FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Shelby Company LTD were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
