Spectators: 7259 (Terracing: 5446, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) RIO LIMAY's Gonzalo Macario started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Albano Oihenarte struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Lucio Miro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Obraje FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Norberto Eneto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Obraje FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Norberto Eneto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucio Miro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gonzalo Macario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 13 minutes of play, RIO LIMAY's Ramon Froylan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ermegildo Ritchie was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gonzalo Macario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ramon Froylan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the game, RIO LIMAY's Gonzalo Macario nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ermegildo Ritchie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. If Gonzalo Macario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ciriaco Hug kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Obraje FC's Norberto Eneto got a free kick in the 29th minute. Gonzalo Macario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermegildo Ritchie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Dario Quinto made in the 32nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by RIO LIMAY's Ramon Froylan. Ermegildo Ritchie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Macario in the 36th minute of play. Julian Mantzio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ermegildo Ritchie having to make a save. A collision led to Obraje FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Dario Quinto hit a great ball. In the 44th minute Gonzalo Macario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Ritchie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ermegildo Ritchie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Froylan, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After the first half RIO LIMAY were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Lucio Miro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albano Oihenarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as RIO LIMAY's Gonzalo Macario slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ermegildo Ritchie. That made the score 0-3 after 61 minutes of play. If Gonzalo Macario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonzalo Macario struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Ermegildo Ritchie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RIO LIMAY. After having played for 73 minutes, Albano Oihenarte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Obraje FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albano Oihenarte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 77 minutes into the match, Obraje FC's Norberto Eneto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucio Miro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Norberto Eneto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucio Miro. RIO LIMAY's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Norberto Eneto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After some careless play in the RIO LIMAY defense, Norberto Eneto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucio Miro. The RIO LIMAY fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucio Miro should have stopped the shot. When RIO LIMAY's Gonzalo Macario in 88 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Ermegildo Ritchie guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Ramon Froylan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Ermegildo Ritchie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Obraje FC's goalkeeper Ermegildo Ritchie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gonzalo Macario. When the final whistle sounded RIO LIMAY left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Obraje FC.
