Spectators: 7053 (Terracing: 5250, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 142) The audience was convinced that Tomas Tajo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Saturnino Ponciano was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. After 6 minutes, Fabian Raulo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gimnasia de las Torres and the Rosas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 6 played minutes Gimnasia de las Torres got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Raulo. Rosas FC's Tomas Tajo managed to work through Gimnasia de las Torres's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Tomas Tajo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. With a little luck, Gimnasia de las Torres's Saturnino Ponciano got control of the ball when Emilio Maria tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tobias Garikoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Cresitobalo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Gimnasia de las Torres's Nereo Goito got a free kick in the 24th minute. Tomas Tajo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Gimnasia de las Torres's Juan Pereyra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abelardo Cresitobalo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Emilio Maria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Saturnino Ponciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute Tomas Tajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saturnino Ponciano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 minutes, Nestor Argider mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rosas FC and the Gimnasia de las Torres players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nestor Argider kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After having played for 44 minutes, Juan Pereyra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gimnasia de las Torres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Pereyra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juan Pereyra to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Tomas Tajo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tobias Garikoitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Abelardo Cresitobalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abelardo Cresitobalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Pereyra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Nereo Pirmin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 64th play minutes Juan Pereyra shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Abelardo Cresitobalo and just under the crossbar into goal. Nestor Argider sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Rosas FC's Nestor Argider got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 78th minute, Tomas Tajo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rosas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Gimnasia de las Torres's zone, Tomas Tajo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saturnino Ponciano came out of the goal and Tomas Tajo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Emilio Maria came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Rosas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emilio Maria couldn't finish the play. Saturnino Ponciano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Maria, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 92 minutes into the match, Gimnasia de las Torres's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Tajo came free, but Saturnino Ponciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saturnino Ponciano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Maria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Rosas FC's Abelardo Cresitobalo got control of the ball when Tobias Garikoitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Gimnasia de las Torres players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Rosas FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
