After taking down the ball on D-Bigote Clasic's corner Arsenio Bide fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dionisio Ekhi quite easily take care of the ball. Anselmo Bilintx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th match minute, Monserrat FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niceto Sidro to maneuver through the defense. After 21 minutes of play, D-Bigote Clasic's Gervasio Matthew made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dionisio Ekhi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gervasio Matthew scored 0-2 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dionisio Ekhi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 27th minute Gervasio Matthew shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Ekhi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerardo Guter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Ekhi having to interfere. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Gervasio Matthew sped through Monserrat FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dionisio Ekhi. When D-Bigote Clasic's Gervasio Matthew in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Monserrat FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dionisio Ekhi should have stopped the shot. In the 46th minute, Arsenio Bide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gervasio Matthew was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Gerardo Guter could shoot a difficult shot in the 51st minute, which Dionisio Ekhi however easily saved by the left post. Gervasio Matthew did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Dionisio Ekhi 55 minutes into the match. D-Bigote Clasic's Victorino Pio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Bilintx in the 59th minute of play. After having played for 60 minutes, Gervasio Matthew managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. D-Bigote Clasic's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gervasio Matthew was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 61 minutes into the game, D-Bigote Clasic's Gerardo Guter nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dionisio Ekhi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. The supporters of D-Bigote Clasic booed when Monserrat FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Lucero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerardo Guter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Dionisio Ekhi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gervasio Matthew received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dionisio Ekhi came out and tried to block the shot, but Gervasio Matthew slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 72nd minute. D-Bigote Clasic's Gervasio Matthew was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 77th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 81st minute, Gervasio Matthew fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gervasio Matthew received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Dionisio Ekhi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gervasio Matthew fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Ekhi having to interfere. Arsenio Bide recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. D-Bigote Clasic played a much better game than Monserrat FC and deserved their victory. The Monserrat FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
