Bartolo Ishmael didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Branca FC. Severiano Taurino charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severiano Taurino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Severiano Taurino hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the match, Deportivo Branca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Deunoro came free, but Ambrosio Eron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 21 in the game by Rodrigo Vitin from a close distance when the talented Bartolo Ishmael managed to make a qualified save. Middelsbrought F.C's players were relieved. Bartolo Ishmael was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joaquin Deunoro to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Middelsbrought F.C booed when Deportivo Branca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severiano Taurino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Genaro Pirro's late challenge caught a Deportivo Branca FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Genaro Pirro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd minute, Genaro Pirro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Rodrigo Vitin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bartolo Ishmael was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. If Rodrigo Vitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodrigo Vitin in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bartolo Ishmael prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rodrigo Vitin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartolo Ishmael having to interfere. Middelsbrought F.C's Bartolo Ishmael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Nataniel in the 81st minute of play. After 82 played minutes Middelsbrought F.C got a freekick which was hit by Severino Paul. After a defensive mix-up in Middelsbrought F.C's zone, Florencio Juvenal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bartolo Ishmael came out of the goal and Florencio Juvenal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Rodrigo Vitin put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bartolo Ishmael. In the 90th minute, Rigoberto Quexal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
