The crowd rose to their feet as Natalio Cefero kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tiburcio Umea. That made the score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Mamá ETO's Ariel Mergildo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baldomiro Venceslao narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leopoldo Edorta was the one to do the kick off. The Corazuli fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Ariel Mergildo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mamá ETO's supporters rose to their feet, but Ariel Mergildo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
