Spectators: 6672 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 15) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lucio Tajo took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Corazuli's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Nahia came free, but Baldomiro Venceslao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgard Poncio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Tajo in the 8th minute of play. Lucio Tajo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edgard Poncio came out and tried to block the shot, but Lucio Tajo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 11th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Corazuli's Lucio Tajo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edgard Poncio. That made the score 2-0 after 19 minutes of play. Baldomiro Venceslao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Orixe in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Galtero in the 26th minute of play forced Corazuli's goalkeeper Baldomiro Venceslao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Nahia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baldomiro Venceslao having to make a save. Marcial Galtero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Nahia in the 34th minute of play forced Corazuli's goalkeeper Baldomiro Venceslao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in PELLEGRINI's zone, Natalio Cefero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgard Poncio came out of the goal and Natalio Cefero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 38 played minutes PELLEGRINI got a freekick which was hit by Armando Hustaz. In the 46th minute Lucio Tajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgard Poncio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Lucio Tajo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edgard Poncio. The goal made the score 4-0.

The wind increased when Patricio Nahia made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Patricio Nahia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomiro Venceslao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PELLEGRINI's Edgard Poncio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Tajo in the 54th minute of play. A hard shot 56 in the game by Marcial Galtero from a close distance when the talented Baldomiro Venceslao managed to make a qualified save. Corazuli's players were relieved. The supporters of PELLEGRINI booed when Corazuli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Bartoleme didn't get a good kick on the ball. PELLEGRINI's Edgard Poncio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Tajo in the 59th minute of play. Roberto Olo's late challenge caught a Corazuli's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto Olo helped the player get up and apologised. Roberto Olo kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute Arnulfo Patrido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgard Poncio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Armando Hustaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Natalio Cefero struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Edgard Poncio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corazuli. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Cefero in the 74th minute of play forced PELLEGRINI's goalkeeper Edgard Poncio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldomiro Venceslao stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patricio Nahia's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute Patricio Nahia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomiro Venceslao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baldomiro Venceslao made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcial Galtero in the 79th minute. Natalio Cefero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgard Poncio having to interfere. Edgard Poncio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Natalio Cefero, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute.
