The referee ignored Anguincila's protests and gave Rodrigo Medero a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Brown de Adrogue booed when Anguincila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Medero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Argider fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Handi having to interfere. Anguincila's supporters crossed their fingers, but Placido Pirmin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Anguincila's goalkeeper Blas Panfilo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nunez Velasco. Placido Pirmin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Handi having to interfere. Placido Pirmin took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Astor Handi. Astor Handi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Anguincila had played much better football throughout.
