The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Orlando Guillerme during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Orlando Guillerme hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute, one of Chunguitos Futbol Clu:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chunguitos Futbol Clu. Cornelio Brais shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The supporters of Santa Boca FC booed when Chunguitos Futbol Clu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Abascal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chunguitos Futbol Clu's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Leonardo Cordera scored to the left of an out of position Epifanio Ponce, making the score, 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Chunguitos Futbol Clu's goalkeeper Epifanio Ponce had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonardo Cordera. Romeo Blai kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Rafael Kemen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Marcial Abastas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tobias Giraldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Epifanio Ponce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Rafael Kemen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chunguitos Futbol Clu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Geronimo Ovando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Abastas in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Rafael Kemen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Geronimo Ovando was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Santa Boca FC's Geronimo Ovando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Abastas in the 48th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonardo Cordera was the one to do the kick off. Isaac Chuan might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geronimo Ovando. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isaac Chuan ran back to his position shaking his head. Geronimo Ovando was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Isaac Chuan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 56 minute of play. The supporters of Santa Boca FC booed when Chunguitos Futbol Clu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Abascal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chunguitos Futbol Clu's zone, Leonardo Cordera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Epifanio Ponce came out of the goal and Leonardo Cordera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Epifanio Ponce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dionisio Pirmin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Leonardo Cordera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Santa Boca FC's goalkeeper Geronimo Ovando had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafael Kemen. Geronimo Ovando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Abastas in the 87th minute of play. After some careless play in the Santa Boca FC defense, Marco Pere kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Geronimo Ovando. The Santa Boca FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Geronimo Ovando should have stopped the shot. Isaac Chuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santa Boca FC's Geronimo Ovando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Chuan in the 93rd minute of play. After 95 minutes of play, Chunguitos Futbol Clu's Marco Pere made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Geronimo Ovando was left in no man's land by his defense there! Chunguitos Futbol Clu's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
