Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marcial Abastas started the match with the kick off. With an all-out effort, Chaparro's Epifanio Ponce threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Adolfo Rik, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marcial Abastas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Shepherd having to interfere. Rafael Kemen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Chaparro's Rodolfo Gimenez got a free kick in the 11th minute. Ciriaco Shepherd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Chuan in the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Marcial Abastas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Shepherd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafael Kemen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Ciriaco Shepherd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Matias Pacifico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chaparro's Ciriaco Shepherd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Kemen in the 20th minute of play. After 22 minutes of play, Chunguitos Futbol Clu's Isaac Chuan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ciriaco Shepherd was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcial Abastas in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciriaco Shepherd prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute, Orlando Guillerme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 32 played minutes Chunguitos Futbol Clu got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Celio. In the 34th minute, Marcial Abastas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chunguitos Futbol Clu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Marcial Abastas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Shepherd having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Chaparro's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Pere came free, but Ciriaco Shepherd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Marcial Abastas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciriaco Shepherd. Chaparro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcial Abastas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After the first half Chunguitos Futbol Clu were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Marcial Abastas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Chaparro's zone, Marco Pere stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciriaco Shepherd came out of the goal and Marco Pere tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Chaparro's Rodolfo Gimenez got a free kick in the 54th minute. Ciriaco Shepherd made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafael Kemen in the 55th minute. If Isaac Chuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 59 minutes, Rafael Kemen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chunguitos Futbol Clu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafael Kemen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafael Kemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Shepherd having to interfere. Marcial Abastas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Ciriaco Shepherd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Kemen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee felt a red card was in order, 79 minutes into the game, when Epifanio Toli put in a rough tackle. Epifanio Toli hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Celedonio Grabiel struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Epifanio Ponce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chaparro. Orlando Guillerme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciriaco Shepherd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Pere in the 90th minute of play. Ciriaco Shepherd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Chuan in the 91st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Chaparro's zone, Isaac Chuan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciriaco Shepherd came out of the goal and Isaac Chuan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciriaco Shepherd made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Rafael Kemen sent off a good shot on target. Epifanio Ponce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Rik in the 95th minute of the match. Chunguitos Futbol Clu played a much better game than Chaparro and deserved their victory. The Chaparro players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
