After 61 minutes of play, Sñupi's Geronimo Ayala made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remigio Peli was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 64th minute, Mauro Basualdo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bonifacio Pello was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 77 minutes into the match, Geronimo Ayala had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Remigio Peli. Pakalamentruca F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Geronimo Ayala was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Basualdo in the 82nd minute of play forced Sñupi's goalkeeper Bonifacio Pello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sñupi's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
