Spectators: 7203 (Terracing: 5404, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) Amadeo Castulo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Amadeo Castulo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Abaunza having to interfere. In the 6th match minute, Club Atletico Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruperto Maties to maneuver through the defense. Igor Cordarin struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Adolfo Victoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coitaco. After having played for 18 minutes, Amadeo Castulo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Talleres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amadeo Castulo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Igor Cordarin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Victoro having to interfere. Faustino Abaunza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Castulo in the 23rd minute of play. Jorge Erramun was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 28th minute. Coitaco's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Adolfo Victoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Erramun in the 29th minute of play. Igor Cordarin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the match, Jorge Erramun dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adolfo Victoro, 1-0. Cristobal Ticho scored 1-1 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Faustino Abaunza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Matias Deunoro fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico Talleres's protests and gave Matias Deunoro a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Coitaco booed when Club Atletico Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Deunoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorge Erramun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cristobal Ticho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Faustino Abaunza skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Adolfo Victoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Erramun, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Club Atletico Talleres's Adolfo Victoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Cordarin in the 71st minute of play. Amadeo Castulo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute, Jorge Erramun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jorge Erramun took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adolfo Victoro. Adolfo Victoro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 91st match minute, Club Atletico Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Deunoro to maneuver through the defense. 94 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Cordarin came free, but Adolfo Victoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
