The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Geronimo Ayala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 4th minute, Geronimo Ayala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adolfo Rik hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Tiburcio Olo kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Matias Pacifico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 15 played minutes Sñupi got a freekick which was hit by Juan Mingo. Bonifacio Pello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Pacifico in the 18th minute of the match. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chaparro's goalkeeper Ciriaco Shepherd, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 26 minutes, Matias Pacifico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chaparro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matias Pacifico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bonifacio Pello stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adolfo Rik's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. When Chaparro's Adolfo Rik in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sñupi's goalie prevented a goal. 33 minutes into the game, Blas Quintin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sñupi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chaparro the free kick. After 34 played minutes Sñupi got a freekick which was hit by Blas Quintin. Adolfo Rik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Pello having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Geronimo Ayala ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciriaco Shepherd was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 46th minute of the match Adolfo Martxel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bonifacio Pello showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tiburcio Olo made the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Baldomiro Aragones mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chaparro and the Sñupi players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Chaparro's Baldomiro Aragones got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 54th match minute, Sñupi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blas Quintin to maneuver through the defense. Bonifacio Pello acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 55th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Celedonio Grabiel. 56 minutes into the game, Silvestre Cebo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sñupi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chaparro the free kick. Silvestre Cebo hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sñupi's zone, Matias Pacifico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bonifacio Pello came out of the goal and Matias Pacifico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adolfo Rik struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Bonifacio Pello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chaparro. The supporters of Chaparro booed when Sñupi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saverio Rojelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bonifacio Pello made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matias Pacifico in the 72nd minute. Tiburcio Olo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Shepherd having to interfere. Geronimo Ayala struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Ciriaco Shepherd didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sñupi. In the 86th match minute, Sñupi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Tartalo to maneuver through the defense. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
