Bonifacio Pello made an important save on a dangerous shot by Igor Cordarin in the 3rd minute. In the 28th minute, Igor Cordarin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Sñupi's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Erramun came free, but Bonifacio Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Erramun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Bonifacio Pello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Sñupi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After the first half Sñupi were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jorge Erramun made a kick off. Bonifacio Pello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Cordarin, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. A collision led to Sñupi getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Silvestre Cebo hit a great ball. Jorge Erramun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute Jorge Erramun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bonifacio Pello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sñupi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geronimo Ayala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Faustino Abaunza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tiburcio Olo's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. In the 88th minute, Jorge Erramun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Coitaco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Sñupi's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
