In the 16thth minute of the game Celedonio Lopez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Concepción AFC's Gustavo Lopes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18th minute, Edelmiro Barea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alejo Edur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Barea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edelmiro Barea kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Celedonio Lopez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Concepción AFC's Gustavo Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Lopez in the 61st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claudio Txerran in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejo Edur saved Asoc. Atl. Aguará Guazzú from getting behind. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 93 minutes into the game, Edelmiro Barea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Alejo Edur was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Concepción AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
