In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Albinegro Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Adan Beltran, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciro Abadie in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adan Beltran prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 21 minutes into the match, Albinegro Fútbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Artemio Peyo came free, but Adan Beltran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Maggiolo AFC booed when Albinegro Fútbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Ponciano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciro Abadie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adan Beltran having to interfere. When Conrado Kusko came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Albinegro Fútbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Kusko couldn't finish the play. If Conrado Kusko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Abadie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adan Beltran having to interfere. Albinegro Fútbol Club's Adan Beltran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Peyo in the 38th minute of play. If Ciro Abadie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Albinegro Fútbol Club's zone, Artemio Peyo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adan Beltran came out of the goal and Artemio Peyo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Artemio Peyo to strike the kick off in the second half. Adan Beltran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciro Abadie in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Peyo in the 54th minute of play forced Albinegro Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Adan Beltran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albinegro Fútbol Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Artemio Peyo scored to the left of an out of position Adan Beltran, making the score, 0-1. Ciro Abadie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Adan Beltran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Adan Beltran successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Maggiolo AFC's Ciro Abadie got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Cosme Dominix fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maggiolo AFC's protests and gave Cosme Dominix a yellow card for diving instead. Cosme Dominix hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After 77 played minutes Albinegro Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Ponciano. 79 minutes into the match, Albinegro Fútbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Artemio Peyo came free, but Adan Beltran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciro Abadie who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Adan Beltran when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Artemio Peyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maggiolo AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
