In the 26th minute, Ruben Fortun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 27 minutes, Emilio Maureo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dennehy AFC and the Rafael Calzada players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Rafael Calzada booed when Dennehy AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Maureo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uriel Pietro was extremely unlucky when he, in the 28th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ruben Fortun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Uriel Pietro was the one to do the kick off. In the 65thth minute of the game Uriel Pietro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dennehy AFC's Serafin Gustau was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Uriel Pietro might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Serafin Gustau. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emilio Maureo got free with Adolfo Garin in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Uriel Pietro in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafin Gustau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rafael Calzada walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
