In the 42nd minute Sixto Abascal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adan Beltran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Conrado Kusko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Mercurio in the 82nd minute of play forced Albinegro Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Adan Beltran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albinegro Fútbol Club were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
