If Wilfredo Gasteiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gervasio Servando struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Jorge Cucao didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Náusea. Mario Adrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tales Varela came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Maggiolo AFC's Artemio Peyo. But to his dismay, Artemio Peyo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, Gervasio Servando dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jorge Cucao, 1-1. Tales Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artemio Peyo in the 21st minute of the match. Tales Varela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Artemio Peyo went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Ciro Abadie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tales Varela having to interfere. After 33 minutes, Romulo Tabb mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Náusea and the Maggiolo AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 33rd minute, Romulo Tabb hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Abadie in the 37th minute of play forced La Náusea's goalkeeper Tales Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciro Abadie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Artemio Peyo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gervasio Servando stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Gervasio Servando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Náusea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gervasio Servando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Rogelio Castel fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maggiolo AFC's protests and gave Rogelio Castel a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to La Náusea getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Romulo Tabb hit a great ball. If Gervasio Servando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Maggiolo AFC's Rogelio Castel got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 72nd minute, Ciro Abadie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ciro Abadie's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Tales Varela skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 76 minutes into the match, La Náusea's goalkeeper Tales Varela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciro Abadie. Ciro Abadie in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tales Varela, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience was convinced that Artemio Peyo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tales Varela was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in La Náusea's zone, Ciro Abadie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tales Varela came out of the goal and Ciro Abadie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciro Abadie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tales Varela having to interfere. After 95 played minutes La Náusea got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Tabb. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Maggiolo AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
