A collision led to El Depor F. C. getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Arnaldo Tartalo hit a great ball. Jeremias Horado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Pancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elvio Che made a kick off. Florencio Firme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elvio Che, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Blas Pancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeremias Horado having to make a save. Miguel Firmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florencio Firme having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Blas Pancho in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremias Horado saved El Depor F. C. from getting behind. A collision led to El Depor F. C. getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Arnaldo Tartalo hit a great ball. When Blas Pancho came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the GUARDIANES DEL SUR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blas Pancho couldn't finish the play. Jeremias Horado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Pancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
