The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, C.S.D.C.C. ALDO BONSI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Stanislao to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Firmo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Pablo Gartzi made a huge save. When Ceferino Paulin came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the C.S.D.C.C. ALDO BONSI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ceferino Paulin couldn't finish the play. If Antonio Mora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute Leonides Milio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Horado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, El Depor F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Mora came free, but Jeremias Horado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Hugo Tximitx got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Firmo got free with Pablo Gartzi in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th minute of the game Honorio Vergaray made a throw-in which Miguel Firmo played forward. In the 28th minute, Miguel Firmo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pablo Gartzi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 34 minutes into the match, C.S.D.C.C. ALDO BONSI's goalkeeper Pablo Gartzi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Firmo. Leonides Milio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 41st minute, Anselmo Chico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aureliano Stanislao might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeremias Horado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aureliano Stanislao ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Mora in the 44th minute of play forced El Depor F. C.'s goalkeeper Jeremias Horado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Antonio Mora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Horado having to interfere. Aureliano Stanislao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pablo Gartzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Firmo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in El Depor F. C.'s zone, Anselmo Chico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremias Horado came out of the goal and Anselmo Chico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antonio Mora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Horado having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, C.S.D.C.C. ALDO BONSI's Anselmo Chico sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeremias Horado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of C.S.D.C.C. ALDO BONSI booed when El Depor F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosendo Galoer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ceferino Paulin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Jeremias Horado made a huge save. Aureliano Stanislao blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeremias Horado having to make a save. Ceferino Paulin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. C.S.D.C.C. ALDO BONSI made a substitution. Cirilo Balesio replaced Israel Teodor. Jeremias Horado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliano Stanislao in the 78th minute of the match. Aureliano Stanislao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Horado having to interfere. El Depor F. C.'s Jeremias Horado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save El Depor F. C. from getting a goal against them. If Antonio Mora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute, Hugo Tximitx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 92 minutes, Leonides Milio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.S.D.C.C. ALDO BONSI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonides Milio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
