The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Desiderio Bizen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fernando Euloxu was relentless in the 2nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Bizen in the 4th minute of play forced Reyes del Esférico's goalkeeper Fernando Euloxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aureliano Dantel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damian Frascuelo hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Aureliano Dantel struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Ceferino Pancho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reyes del Esférico. Aureliano Dantel charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aureliano Dantel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Reyes del Esférico getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Aureliano Dantel hit a great ball. After 15 played minutes RUFEROS FC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Vasco. Godofredo Joey received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ceferino Pancho came out and tried to block the shot, but Godofredo Joey slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 16th minute. In the 23rd minute, Aureliano Dantel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Damian Frascuelo's late challenge caught a Reyes del Esférico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Damian Frascuelo helped the player get up and apologised. After 25 played minutes RUFEROS FC got a freekick which was hit by Damian Frascuelo. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind RUFEROS FC's goalkeeper Ceferino Pancho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to RUFEROS FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Daniel Vasco hit a great ball. Damian Frascuelo kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Rafael Esquipula shot from long distance in the 29th minute, but Ceferino Pancho was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 30th minute Godofredo Joey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Pancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godofredo Joey in the 38th minute of play forced RUFEROS FC's goalkeeper Ceferino Pancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reyes del Esférico's Fernando Euloxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Pudes in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Alberto Pudes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Desiderio Bizen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Euloxu having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Desiderio Bizen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Damian Frascuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, Godofredo Joey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Reyes del Esférico's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Bizen came free, but Fernando Euloxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Pudes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Euloxu having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Reyes del Esférico's Eulalio Naldo got a free kick in the 68th minute. Ceferino Pancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Joey in the 78th minute of play. Ceferino Pancho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Godofredo Joey, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute, Roman Boniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the game, Reyes del Esférico's Godofredo Joey nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Desiderio Bizen couldn't finish the play. Ceferino Pancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Dantel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damian Frascuelo got his second yellow card in the match during the 97th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After recieving a nice pass, Reyes del Esférico's Rafael Esquipula tried to score from far away in the 99th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Reyes del Esférico had won after a very even match.
