Spectators: 7250 (Terracing: 5439, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) RUFEROS FC's Desiderio Bizen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joaquin Barrionuevo during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 4 played minutes RUFEROS FC got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Barrionuevo. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Alberto Pudes managed to get in a good position for a shot. RUFEROS FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Pudes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rosendo Jurgi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Desiderio Bizen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rosendo Jurgi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Frascuelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute Desiderio Bizen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Jurgi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alberto Pudes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Pudes in the 28th minute of play forced Tucuman FC's goalkeeper Rosendo Jurgi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rosendo Jurgi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Pudes in the 30th minute of play. When Damian Frascuelo fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RUFEROS FC's protests and gave Damian Frascuelo a yellow card for diving instead. After 32 played minutes RUFEROS FC got a freekick which was hit by Damian Frascuelo. When Damian Frascuelo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 34 minutes had been played. Ceferino Pancho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Bela in the 36th minute of the match. Ceferino Pancho was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Amador Bartoleme showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 38 minute of play. Alberto Pudes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Jurgi having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Bela in the 46th minute of play forced RUFEROS FC's goalkeeper Ceferino Pancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the RUFEROS FC defense, Rene Brais kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ceferino Pancho. The RUFEROS FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ceferino Pancho should have stopped the shot.

Leonel Bela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in RUFEROS FC's zone, Rene Brais stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ceferino Pancho came out of the goal and Rene Brais tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andres Natal hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, RUFEROS FC's Daniel Vasco got a free kick in the 77th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Tucuman FC's Alfonso Edwardo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in RUFEROS FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! Ceferino Pancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Brais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Pudes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Jurgi having to interfere. Miguel Rik hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. After taking down the ball on RUFEROS FC's corner Andres Natal fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rosendo Jurgi quite easily take care of the ball. RUFEROS FC's Guaberto Elequemedo suffered a sore thigh after 98 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 99th match minute, Tucuman FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Bela to maneuver through the defense. Silverio Oskarbi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 101st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Jurgi having to interfere. RUFEROS FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
