Baldomiro Regis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Alvarez in the 5th minute of the match. Fidel Vela hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After having played for 11 minutes, Cayetano Alvarez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrealito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cayetano Alvarez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Clemente Ferdinand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Cayetano Alvarez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baldomiro Regis was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Cayetano Alvarez was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 16th minute. Barrealito's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 17 minutes into the game, Venancio Poz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ice and Fire's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barrealito the free kick. The supporters of Barrealito booed when Ice and Fire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Poz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barrealito's Clemente Ferdinand got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gaston Joachim hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Cayetano Alvarez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Baldomiro Regis came out and tried to block the shot, but Cayetano Alvarez slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute, Jaime Otsando ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aquilino Ondino was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Cristo Oinaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Aquilino Ondino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Cayetano Alvarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cayetano Alvarez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomiro Regis having to interfere. Fidel Vela's late challenge caught a Barrealito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fidel Vela helped the player get up and apologised. Cayetano Alvarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Baldomiro Regis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clemente Ferdinand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cayetano Alvarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Cayetano Alvarez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrealito's supporters rose to their feet, but Cayetano Alvarez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomiro Regis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cayetano Alvarez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baldomiro Regis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Baldomiro Regis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Ferdinand, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Baldomiro Regis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemente Ferdinand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cayetano Alvarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Baldomiro Regis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clemente Ferdinand took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baldomiro Regis. Baldomiro Regis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. If Clemente Ferdinand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Clemente Ferdinand in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baldomiro Regis saved Ice and Fire from getting behind. During the 90th minute of the match Gaston Joachim completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gaston Joachim a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Barrealito booed when Ice and Fire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaston Joachim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ariel Dantae was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 93rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Cristo Oinaz struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Aquilino Ondino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ice and Fire.
