In the 14th minute, Cornelio Frascuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiburcio Herrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigo Frederico's late challenge caught a ALMAGRO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodrigo Frederico helped the player get up and apologised. In the 21st match minute, C.A.Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Frederico to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Rodrigo Frederico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Godfredo Montay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th match minute, C.A.Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto George to maneuver through the defense. Eliseo Amaya struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Godfredo Montay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ALMAGRO. Tiburcio Herrera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Godfredo Montay having to make a save. In the 38th minute Eliseo Amaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godfredo Montay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.A.Talleres's Celso Orlondo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aureliano Abeijon in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eliseo Amaya to make the kick off. If Eliseo Amaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aureliano Abeijon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodoveo Valente in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to C.A.Talleres getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. C.A.Talleres's Godfredo Montay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Amaya in the 67th minute of play. ALMAGRO's Tiburcio Herrera got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raul Indalecio charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raul Indalecio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Francisco Cordara helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of C.A.Talleres booed when ALMAGRO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Cordara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amancio Mel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Aureliano Abeijon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 98 minutes in the game, Clodoveo Valente fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Aureliano Abeijon having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
