Seating: 1649, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Teo Madeo started the match with the kick off. When Teo Madeo came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Albariño fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teo Madeo couldn't finish the play. Clodoveo Valente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Artal having to interfere. If Amancio Mel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. C.A.Talleres's Clodoveo Valente got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leo Artal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodoveo Valente, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Leo Artal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Valente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Clemente Dorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Godfredo Montay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teo Madeo, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.Talleres's zone, Clemente Dorio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Godfredo Montay came out of the goal and Clemente Dorio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Clodoveo Valente charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clodoveo Valente the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to C.A.Talleres getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Clodoveo Valente hit a great ball. Clemente Dorio's late challenge caught a C.A.Talleres's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clemente Dorio helped the player get up and apologised. Clodoveo Valente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Artal having to interfere. The supporters of C.A.Talleres booed when Albariño was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Gervaso didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Mel in the 47th minute of play forced Albariño's goalkeeper Leo Artal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 48 minutes into the game, Cornelio Frascuelo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A.Talleres's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Albariño the free kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
Leo Artal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodoveo Valente in the 53rd minute of play. Amancio Mel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Leo Artal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Albariño's Clemente Dorio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Godfredo Montay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Elias Kismi kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Teo Madeo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. C.A.Talleres's Godfredo Montay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Dorio in the 70th minute of play. Clemente Dorio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Godfredo Montay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Albariño's Teo Madeo in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A.Talleres's goalie prevented a goal. Clemente Dorio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Godfredo Montay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amancio Mel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leo Artal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Valente in the 94th minute of the match. Clemente Dorio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
