Edgardo Emmanuel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Generoso Botello, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. If Lino Sidoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. NIUPI F.C.'s Edgardo Emmanuel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Norino in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Ñoquebe's Severino Honesto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgardo Emmanuel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of NIUPI F.C. booed when Ñoquebe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horacio Eneko didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Filomeno Inautzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. NIUPI F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Filomeno Inautzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dionisio Leocadio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
