Spectators: 7181 (Terracing: 5388, Seating: 1651, VIP seats: 142) Diego Armando FC's Florentino Tximitx started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Desiderio Horado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Pancho in the 3rd minute of play. After 5 played minutes Chorro got a freekick which was hit by Raul Oliverio. After a defensive mix-up in Chorro's zone, Florentino Tximitx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusebio Firmin came out of the goal and Florentino Tximitx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 7 played minutes Chorro got a freekick which was hit by Julian Mikelats. After a rather tough play, Diego Armando FC's Dionisio Maidana got a free kick in the 9th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Diego Armando FC's zone, Isidro Pancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Desiderio Horado came out of the goal and Isidro Pancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 12th minute, but Desiderio Horado got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Diego Armando FC hanging dry this time. In the 13th minute Isidro Pancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Desiderio Horado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Florentino Tximitx came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Diego Armando FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florentino Tximitx couldn't finish the play. Desiderio Horado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidro Pancho's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Ramiro Bordat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Eusebio Firmin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Atilano Eguntsenti fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chorro's protests and gave Atilano Eguntsenti a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th minute, Atilano Eguntsenti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Diego Armando FC fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Diego Armando FC's Ramiro Bordat looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Desiderio Horado made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Francisco Amaya sent off a good shot on target. In the 44th minute, Isidro Pancho fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Desiderio Horado, passed just outside the right post.

The wind increased when Isidro Pancho made the kick off in the second half. Chorro's Eusebio Firmin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Chorro from getting a goal against them. After 55 minutes, Edgard Claude mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chorro and the Diego Armando FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Chorro's Edgard Claude got a free kick in the 55th minute. If Ramiro Bordat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julian Mikelats kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Ramiro Bordat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th match minute, Diego Armando FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Candido Jusepe to maneuver through the defense. Desiderio Horado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Oliverio in the 79th minute of the match. Diego Armando FC's Ramiro Bordat got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Francisco Amaya came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Chorro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Amaya couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Amaya in the 88th minute of play forced Diego Armando FC's goalkeeper Desiderio Horado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, one of Diego Armando FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Diego Armando FC. In the 94th minute there was a penalty for Chorro. Raul Oliverio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Desiderio Horado. 2-1. Diego Armando FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
